Thanks for wondering
On January 2, 2014, I sold
my 'business' to Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel Hoppough. I am the Associate
Broker, I still have my wonderful agents and I am still on the same
historic corner in the old downtown Alma business district. The sale of my
business will allow me and my agents more opportunities for education and
more resources to help us serve more buyers and sellers and help us grow
our real estate business. Honesty and integrity have always been two
traits you had to have if you wanted to be an agent with Coldwell Banker
Superior Real Estate. I knew the sale was the right thing to do when I
realized that Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel Hoppough hold their agents to
the same standard. The company mission statement is "Creating Outstanding
Experiences at Every Point of Contact". I love it and I am looking forward
to continued rewarding experiences in real estate.
Before becoming a REALTOR I lived in Cheboygan where I had my own office preparing income tax returns and also owned my own catering business which I called "Sue N Crew Catering" -- because I couldn't have done it without my crew.
We move to St. Louis, Michigan, in 1994. After living in St. Louis for 16 years we moved to a five acre parcel in the country just south of Alma. My Coldwell Banker office is in the old downtown business district of Alma,
I have been a REALTORŪ since 1998. I am a REALTORŪ full time.
Your goal, whether it's to buy or sell, is my goal.
In an effort to be the best REALTORŪ I can be, I continually attend seminars and training classes. I also serve in various ways at the Board level with the Central Michigan Association of REALTORŪ. This involvement allows me to be aware of what is going on in the real estate industry so I can serve you better.
I have been fortunate to help many buyers and sellers achieve their dreams and because of them I have received recognition from Coldwell Banker each year.
Even though I am very involved with real estate, I cherish the time I spend with my husband, daughters and their husbands, and my four precious grandbabies.
I am also a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and I am involved with Gratiot Country Relay for Life.
I look forward to hearing from you and will consider it an honor to help you with your real estate needs.
